I was thinking about niggers stealing anything not bolted down.

Then i remembered they might steal a wrench to steal the stuff bolted down too.

I've always heard it the "hammer and nailed down" way, but that works too.

"They'll steal anything not nailed down, but they'll steal a hammer and pry up the nails."
