Exactly. *They* are the hood. They take it with them wherever they go. Some nigs moved into a community where I own an investment property and my tenants are telling me that they spill into the parking lot every night to play music, drink and loiter. I told them it won't stop unless they call the police every time it happens. Meanwhile, the the useless "manager" said "there's nothing I can do."
I reminded her that loitering and excessive noise are prohibited in the bylaws, so she needs to fine their landlord until they tame their monkeys. I told her "I bought into a clean community, not a zoo." She understood *exactly* what I meant. She doesn't live there, so there's no incentive for her to care. I'm going to see if my tenant's wife would be willing to take her job if the HOA president agrees. [This is what I was talking about](https://communities.win/c/ConsumeProduct/p/19AxLKLsZf/look-at-that-subhuman-stare/c/4eSk0ARlWyp) when I told u/Kaizen we can't keep running from these locust. We have to hold the lines of our communities!
I agree with you in this instance u/XBX_X, no argument from me. We have to call certain places what it is however, ie. places that have no option but literal napalm to cleanse the land. For places where the good are the majority, ie. civilized, then yes, don't leave. Perhaps we have had a misunderstanding in the other post. I would never want to surrender good potential communities to these literal biological weapons. But some places, ie. it's time to pack, regroup, and take action.
