Oh I definitely toyed with the thought. Im in the market for a house now. Its wild how the real estate market varies. $100k for what looks like a 10k sq foot church in Ohio or $100k for a single wide on a .25 acre in western Washington. Smh

I saw a church for sale. Even came with a graveyard. But it seemed like the lease had a bunch of restrictions so i didn't bother looking into it more

I bet you it has some serious structural issues, significant water damage, or something wrong with it that will cost hundreds of thousands to repair. There’s no way it’s THAT cheap without a reason.
