Meanwhile the richest majority boack town, View Park-Windsor Hills, CA, has a median income around $150k and the average home costs nearly $700k. Their violent crime rate is twice that of Beattyville. If poverty caused crime this should be much lower than Beattyville, but instead it is so high it not only is double that of the Whites in poverty but also higher than the national average.
