That's a beef cow

Hereford has also been tamed.

About 20 or 30 years ago, probably 40, farmers decided they didn't want bulls that would chase them and cows that would kick. So they started breeding out those characteristics.

Now, the angus breed is docile and calm. Same for hereford. Same for longhorns. The corriente are still a little feisty but that's because the people who bred them weren't selecting for docility.
