I think the filipino will get it, he went to a jesuit school and is pro faggot.

>Tagle, who generally prefers to be called by his nickname "Chito" rather than by his clerical title, has been involved in many social issues in the Philippines, with emphasis on helping the poor while defending the Catholic Church's opposition to abortion, contraception, and what he has called "practical atheism". Dubbed as the "Asian Francis", he is often seen as a representative of the Catholic Church's progressive wing. Tagle has criticized the Catholic Church for using "harsh words" to describe LGBTQ people as well as divorced and remarried Catholics, who he believes should be allowed to receive Holy Communion on a case-by-case basis. Tagle is one of several prelates considered possible candidates to be elected pope in the period leading up to and following Francis' death on April 21, 2025.

I'm not even Catholic and I don't think divorced and remarried people should be allowed anywhere.

My dad's cousin has been married 3 or 4 times. Both of his children are divorced, with his daughter divorcing twice so far by 40.

Retarded people raise retarded people

His parents had a modest residential rental business and now he owns bars and nightclubs along with many rental properties, and used to own a minor league hockey team before he sold it to another city. And a 45 foot catamaran docked in one of the Great Lakes, and a cottage at a smaller lake, and goes on vacations to the Caribbean, and has a history of holding illegal privte poker nights with cannabis while it was still completely illegal... And told me he did it all by accumulating debt to leverage it, like a kike. Ultimate boomer. The only reason I have been in contact with my family recently is because my retarded sister died. I had been keeping tabs on them using my skills with my computer science degree, "fringe" website lurking, and previous employment for the government in property assessment.

I'm sure they're allowed in the houses they live in. Kind of less than informative statement you made there.

Hopefully the media humdrum doesn't cloud the cardinal's judgements, as is supposed to be tradition

Sorry, I thought God picked the Pope *through* the cardinals? If they were potentially corruptible then the entire Church is just another corrupt hierarchy...

Just like how most of the Popes in history have been Italian, the next Pope being Filipino or Ghanan is going to be the result of many worldly factors. That doesn't de-legitimize the office in any way

I mean, God allows corrupt men to gain power if the rest of the laity is also corrupt.

Spoiler alert, the amount of self-proclaimed "Catholics" that even bother to do their weekly obligation to get to mass on a sunday or saturday evening is in the minority. I can hope God gives us a Pope that will whip the laity back into shape, but He's just as likely to allow someone who will appear to disband the Church into the Papacy, and then start over after nuking humanity again.

The papcy has been compromised for centuries at this point, but they really ramped it up once instant global communication was possible. WWII was the death knell for adherence to the scriptures.

Honestly, if a black does get the Papacy, it had better be Cardinal Sarah. Simply because it would be amusing watching all the modernists get excommunicated by a black man after thinking they had "modernized" the Church.

To make foreigners the head of the church, the Catholic church would never recover from this.
