I think part of the reason some of the Negro clergy from africa tend to be more traditionalist than their european counterparts is because the Heresies they deal with are much more blatant (and violent), whereas Protestant influence on the Church has been tolerated for far too long in the west because Protestantism hadnt deviated all that much up until the Puritan movement when the ball of utter insanity got rolling and snowballed into Dispensationalist Zionism, which is so foreign to Christianity it makes Muslims look like Catholics by comparison.
