How terrible of a person can you be, to turn your backs on those who sympathize with your losses?
To get vile with indignation, directing it towards those who want your loss to be a point of change - a catalyst - to ensure this doesn't continue to happen?
To champion the family of the criminal that killed your child, elevating *them* beyond your own lost family member?
I still feel bad that he lost his son. I still feel bad for his twin brother. But man oh man, I'm losing faith in realistic humanity at an astonishing rate these days.
