Congress was already cucked and ending segregation in the mid to late 1940s. Eisenhower sent troops to forcible end segregation in Little Rock in the 50s. The fact is the 60s were mostly irrelevant and just the last bit of rear guard action after the, at the time, White establishment totally sold out to jews and globalism in the 40s-50s.
