Aside from the optics, yes it does.

Notice how they aren't scribbled on the inside of a pizza box? Or poorly scrawled all over the wall with paint?

They even aligned them properly. Whoever hung these flags are people you want in charge of your country.

When real NatSoc do it, it's like this. When jews go for insurance fraud and victimization points, they smear swastikas with feces on the walls, or make graffiti.
