Look up the Marx Dutroux case. It happened in Belgium, but it happens everywhere. That's the norm.
Furthermore, even if legitimate, publicly stating that this is the law now is going to cause pedophiles to double down and just kill their victims after they're finished and are on the run. Execute them secretly in black sites while publicly stating "they'll just go to prison". That's how you do it. When enough of them hear about the possibility of strange men in dark clothes dragging them away forever with no due process of law, no trials, and no juries, the problem will solve itself.
