Funny, i've never seen them say this when a muslim does something wrong. If the murderer were a muslim , the Christians will be complaining up and down about islam. I've never seen a Christian saying we need to "forgive" muslims, yet i've seen so many Christians say that Austin's father did the right thing in forgiving the nigger murderer .

The myth of Jesus portrays him allowing himself to be unjustly and brutally murdered by his enemies as his highest act of divine morality.

It's hard to make the argument that the behavior of Christians today doesn't track with the moral of that story.

Jesus was a historical figure that actually existed and was put to death by the Romans. Not sure where you're getting the word myth from.

I'm using the word myth in the academic sense—which can be applied in this context regardless of historical veracity.
