That's fucking horrible. What's the story behind that?
He's arab, his father wanted free dental care for himself so he got on a tiny, flimsy and overcrowded boat for a long journey halfway to Europe expecting to get rescued the rest of the way. Of course the boat sank and the father just saved himself and then the boy washed up on the rocks and the photojournalist didn't think that looked very photogenic so he moved the boy to the beach. Next minute all of the White countries are flooded with browns and we are evil toddler killers if we object, but hey the father got his free dental care.
