No, the jews that had no hand in killing Jesus were either already Christian or were about to become Christian.
All the rest of the jews are to blame for this, and forever will be, until they swear off their jewishness and become Christian forever and ever.
The fact that they don't mean that they are complicit at least if not accomplices to this evil deed.
