There was a great post a while back about how IQ relates to experience. At a certain level, people cannot understand consequences or even comprehend future outcomes. It was the same famous post that brought about the breakfast meme. Later on it says how at a certain level they dont understand sequential time! Only conscious of the present moment (jus' vibin') with no thought of the past or future. He dindo nothin', because that murder was days ago and they can't comprehend the concept of the past.
