That means eating the right food, taking the right vitamins and avoiding the wrong slop
For example, walnuts and avocados does wonders for the reproductive system
Pomegranates too
Avoid saturated fats (goyslop, goyslop pastries made with margarine) and cheap carbs
As for supplements i can write you a list but i've been taking Maca powder and it makes my balls feel... More active
It tastes alright but i'd recommended use maca when making hot coco (using either dark chocolate or regular chocolate and a bit of pure powder)
Also cocoa is really good for fertility because of the Zinc contents (which are also found in fish)

Oh, I’ve been training for this moment. No processed food. No seed oils. Home cooked meals. Healthy fats. Local produce and meats.
I haven’t taken maca for a while, I’ll probably buy some and make my husband take it as well.
