I plan on going to Latin mass on Easter.

How do I know if they're going to have us kneel for jews? I don't speak Latin.

Ask them if they are doing the pre-55 Mass. If they are, you won't be asked to kneel for the Jews. If they are doing the 62 Mass you will, unfortunately. But they usually have free booklets printed that you follow along with in English, so if you are following along and get to the prayer on the Jews, then don't kneel. I hope that helps! God bless!

Is there 1962 Latin Mass? I went to some LM church outside of a city in blowhio when I visited there a few months ago and I think the booklet thing said it was 1962 version. I didn't read along.. Did I kneel for jews? Did these mfers coerce me into kneeling for jews in my ignorance????

1962 is what most parishes use throughout the year. It’s only Holy Week, this week, where the pre-55 Mass is substantially different and where the kneeling of the Jews comes in to play, only on Good Friday. So no, you didn’t kneel for the Jews. And make sure you don’t this Friday
