He is quite young - early 20's. And this is looking to be his first serious relationship. Also the longest times he's spent with 1 girl in his life.
He is self-admittedly quite a "leftie" or "left-leaning", but he is young and has taken some of the things I've said in the past to him to heart for the better.
But he has been desperate for female companionship for a while, and this is first "big break" so to speak. So he's very invested in this girl.
Also: info on the girl from his stories about her -- she's a year or two older than him (still early 20s), has had bad relationships before, very hard to open up/be trusting to men after those experiences. Gets a lot of male attention over discord group chats. Has slept around before being with my friend. Again as-per title she is a jewess, and other details I've heard about her fall in line with typical jewish behaviour. He's shown me a photo and she looks like your average yenta.
I do have faith he'll not ruin his life for this girl. But obviously I reckon it's in his best interests to leave her and find someone else. Not sure if I should meddle (doesn't seem right personally), or instead just let nature take its course and he learns a life lesson the hard way?
From what I understand, she is still shell-shocked from past relationships and my friend was trying too hard to be the good boyfriend, which put her off even more - again from what I gather.
