I have a baby daughter, and had a pitbull just like that. She loved him, and he would sit with her all day. He died last year and she still talks about him all the time. It's very strange since she only knew him from her birth till he died when she was about 15 months.

For his entire life, I was ALWAYS on guard for him, with a knife in my hand, ready to kill the dog I loved so much. I have a niece too that he would play with. She played with him till he died also, that was 7 years. The whole time I was on edge, watching everything he did. He was the best dog. So gentile. Other dipshit dogs bit him in the face, tore him up. But he was much stronger than they were, and would keep going with what he thought was play, even though he was bleeding.

IDK man, every time I see these articles i'm torn because, yeah these dogs are insane strong, but also insane loving. My cousin had 4 pitbulls with his kids the same way, they all were extremely loving and caring and all died without killing anything.

But these articles that I read all the time, I would never get another pit bull ever again.
