an age-old dilemma. but it's the 21st century, and _now we are thinking with drones_(tm). A production line of forehead-bombers, about the size of a firefly, should be able to easily roll off 1 billion/year.

now you just need that DARPA robot to clean things up, what was it called? EATR? that powered itself off the "biomass" that it consumed.
