Their crimes: Being shabbos goys for the international banking cartel, propping up India to breed out of control, fighting the germans in WW2 effectively dooming the west.
Their punishment: Their country gets flooded by shitskins.

Just to give you an idea on how fertile India is, less than 50% of farming is to this day mechanized, and in many cases they don't even use beasts of burden to plow the land, harvesting is done with sickles. There's a reason the British focused so hard on India for colonisation.
Same with sub-saharan africa
