It's really all about low IQ. People seem to struggle with the concept of "not thinking", but that's really what they do. They do things that harm them long-term, sometimes even short-term, but they are incapable or unwilling to think about it. The consequences of their actions will not be mentally processed UNLESS they receive direct pain as punishment, and even then it's questionable.

The differences are huge. Their average is beneath retarded for us. Those who are above average for us are genius level for them, aka extremely rare.

As a low IQ race they developed a culture that favors low IQ behavior. What you see in the image is one example of that. Even if there is one pajeet who isn't a retard, he will just do as others do. Why shouldn't he? Because 1 out of 100 cares about the immediate environment?
