It's especially a problem with zoomers and millennials. Lots of younger people look like baby-faced half-downies if that makes sense. I swear even fat people look worse than they did 20 years ago. [The perp in this video is an example.](https://youtu.be/jnYqvgQB584?t=15m36s) Yeah she's fat but still something just seems uncanny about her facial structure, like similar to a drug addict. Has anybody else noticed this phenomenon? It seems more common in cities unsurprisingly.

We all know drugs affect your bone structure and face, and I'm sure that goes for prescriptions too. Is it the SSRIs? Birth control? Adderall? Food additives? Weed?

I don't think op is talking about looking young for their age. You can look young for your age and not look as op is describing. Baby-faced is just a small part of the description he's talking about. I don't see that appearance he mentions much in Europe
