We have to hold trials, and we have to feed and house them until the trial. They all need lawyers and interpreters first. Also some of them could be here to claim asylum, which is a free pass to do anything you want.

When someone raids your home, be sure to positively ID them before you shoot them. Then, you will need to run a background check through the FBI to see if they have a criminal history. Be sure to document anything they do which might be considered breaking the law so that you can win the probable cause argument before a judge. Then, when you find it convenient, call the police and fill out a police report.
