Did you just guess that? Because you nailed it. The exact figure, according to this source, is 15.87% have an IQ of 100 or above, and 25.14% have an IQ of 95 or above.

That means if you pick 5 joggers at random, only one of them has an IQ equivalent to the average white.

And that's just IQ. There are many other traits that differ between races at affect our ability to coexist:

- time preference (the ability to delay gratification in order to obtain a greater reward)

- affect control (the ability to control emotions - particularly anger)

- empathy (understanding what other people are thinking/feeling)

I think you're being too charitable with those figures. Divide by 10 and you'll get near the real numbers.
