If there is a draft, keep it simple. They might think you are a smart-ass who writes a lot of blabla to avoid getting drafted. Or they just don't bother to read it. Do not assume the reader is ANY smart. It's likely to be somewhere between idiot and midwit.
And you do not seek to convince, you seek for them not to want you as a soldier. I'd suggest something like:
"I'm not going to die for jewish interests, who pollute our society with niggers and other subhumans. jews spearheaded bolshevism, feminism, pornography, trannies, 3rd world importation, and the nigger slave trade. They literally worship Moloch, which is known as "Satan" to us.
Anyway, Heil Hitler, you zionist cocksucker. You can fight and die for your jewish masters yourself, faggot. I won't."

I would also leave out a few of the commas and the "that's" following the "now's" so that the material flows better and is more direct.

Depends... from the pages of the bolsheviks, who were pretty fucking effective propagandists all things considered, "what is to be done?" By Vladimir Lenin asks a question in its very title, and it's effective because it draws people in. That paper alone was a large factor in the Russian revolution. If we study propaganda, study everyone. Including your enemies. They got here somehow.
If you ask a question, and then answer it yourself, it can be even more effective. Because as I said, people are drawn in by the question itself, and they want to continue reading to see the answer to it.
But to ask a question and not answer it does the exact opposite. It goes from propaganda to being an inept politician. It satisfies nobody if you yourself do not have an answer to your own question. If you have no answer to the question, avoid asking it.
I will definitely trim some of the repetition and filler words.
