Remember, it’s only referring to murders committed, not all violent crime like attempted murder, assaults, rapes, and all other attacks and violent crime. ✊🏿13/93✊🏿 is legit in this regard. Anyone who has worked in the “system” at any significant level for at least a year, knows this.
