I wouldn't be surprised if refusal to cuck meant you'd be killed and your death framed as a suicide, after all, nobody would think anything odd about a man who killed himself after having his child murdered in cold blood and it's normal for even the most obvious cases of foul play to be labeled suicide such as when whistleblowers are killed.
