I’m a NOLA native, and New Orleans was amazing for the first few months after Katrina. Houston was decimated by the relocation of the bioweapons. It was never great, but after Katrina, it became something else. You had niggers from two of the most dangerous cities(New Orleans and Baton Rouge) in the country per capita being relocated there, and other places of course. If I remember right, New Orleans was still the murder capital in general, and last time I checked still was per capita. Imagine having all that trash move into your area all at once.
