They still kept doing it because they are niggers. You can threaten a nigger with everything imaginable even with its life they are niggera and will still continue to do it. Completely removing them is the only cure

Reminds me of something a friend of mine said about the mob. The reason the mob never really set hold in Louisiana was because low IQ nignogs had no concept of consequences. They’d just randomly shoot and mug mobsters and fuck up business operations.
