it's doesn't, but you are correct in as much as that is the story that has been hard-sold to everyone. Christianity is about God-man-woman-child hierarchy, realizing that all people sin, and that your 'neighbors' refers to your blood, your people and not some random nog or pajeet. Your people/blood receive grace and forgiveness, everyone else meets you at the tip of your sword.

When Jesus is asked by the lawyer, "And who is my neighbor?" (Luke 10:29,) he replies with the parable of the Good Samaritan.

It's the story of a man beaten and left for dead being rescued by a racial outsider—who breaks down societal barriers and gives freely of everything he has in order to care for him as long as he needs.

That is what Jesus has to say about identifying your neighbors in the world. It's the person in front of you—no matter where they come from or what group they belong to.

Christians read their Bibles challenge: Impossible.
