Ironically, the quote is attributed to your namesake, Edgar J. Steele. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any hard citation for it. At least, I’ve never seen one. It’s just used in that single image on the Internet with rabbis dancing on a beach. It’s not in his book *Defensive Racism* (absolute must-read if you haven’t; pirate it, since he’s dead and the jews killed him), and unless he used to have a blog online where he wrote it (I’ve never found one), it must be either from a speech that was never transcribed or is apocryphal.
