In all fairness, commercial milk production is pretty terrible. It's not a farmer with a pail and a stool and his pet cow bessy.

Meh.

Most farms keep the cows penned up and free to eat as much as they want. The milking devices are as humane as you could possibly imagine. They figured out cows under stress produce less milk a long time ago.

Sucks to be a calf though. They aren't even worth raising to weight. A lot of them just get turned into mulch.

Thats the part im talking about. They force pregnancy to maintain milk production and then rip the baby away and kill it. Its a herd of mothers looking for their children.
