Stop sending them money and food, it just makes their situation worse.

Leave then alone forever. No more NGOs, no more government organizations, no more intervention. Just leave everything south of the Sahara desert alone. Forever. And don't let them move anywhere.

Then they'll be happy living their nigger lives, their numbers won't be enormous, and they may or may not evolve in however long, who knows.

If we block all trade routes Africa will implode to less than 50 million inhabitants in less than two decades. All the modern niceties they get imported from China and Europe will cease to function within a mere couple of years with no maintenance, devolving internal trade to the use of mere donkeys.

It might actually take much less than even a single decade because of the critical mass of niggers will cause such an insane amount of chaos that only the few independent bushmen and hunter gatherers will survive the collapse.

You will definitely see some military factions surviving for a year or two due to cannibalism and hunting wild animals, but they will succumb to starvation and sanitary conditions deteriorating because every source of water will be severely contaminated with dead niggers.
