They are literally low IQ niggers. They CANNOT THINK. They NEVER learn from ANYTHING. That is what low intelligence does.

Yes. To pretend this is akin to some kind of arrogance or delusion is misleading.
Their intelligence is way underdeveloped. It's halfway between average humans and dogs. It will NEVER change.
Niggers are not human, scientifically speaking. That is one reason.
With niggers... they can be nice and act domesticated, but just like bulldogs they may snap for whatever reason and become a threat to human life. And the hood niggers are obviously dangerous, and while aggressive stray dogs are caught or put down, they are not, even though they should be.
