You should also count the descendants of the pioneers who came over to carve more territories out of the wilderness during our westward expansion.

I'm not against letting people who actually colonized and settled virgin land keep it.

That said, I don't want to invite more of them over. Like, I would totally be in favor of banning any more immigrants from England.
