The cheap VPNs jeets have to use aren't good enough to mask that they are all coming from a data center with the same IP range, and they certainly won't be buying new IP addresses to combat the issue.

All VPNs have exit nodes, these are well known.

e.g. every major provider knows which IPs are NordVPN, they just don't know the IP on the actual client side.

Even the major TOR exit nodes are known.

I mean ... yeah, you can block the exit nodes ... or meta-data-tag that person as "not really from region X" wherever the known proxy exit IP is.

Many services who do region based services already deny you if you are a VPN.

All those VPN ads saying "get videos from other regions" are selling you a lie
