I know this street. It's almost a no go zone, definitely not recommended for women to enter. The whole area around it is quite shitty, but this street is the worst part. When you exit on top of the hill, you end up in a tourist area next to the castle, with cafes and restaurants filled with clueless customers only 1 minute walk away from the no-go shithole.
