Being always on guard is a sign of a failed society. Its normal for animals, not humans.

He should not relax around niggers, thats true, but not being able to relax with anyone is not a way to live as a human

It has never happened. It will never happen.

Men ALWAYS need to be ready and on guard at all times when in public.
