I have always had problems getting girls. Idk what it is about me but they just dont like anything about who I am. My first impression usually has them running away. If I get through that then they run away after talking to me for 5 minutes. It has been like this since I got out of HS.

OP can rationally re-imagine women, but they can't do the same. Women do anything they have to in order to fit in and, today, that's sexual freedom, career, and waiting until they're past their best-by date to settle down.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's not like we're dealing with healthy women, either.
