Part of it is because only cuckolds want to become teachers nowadays and that there are no strong male teachers in the profession anymore.

Only 30-ish years or so there was this little shit at my school (all white school in Sweden) age about 12 who basically got choke slammed by my class teacher, and nothing happened to him because everyone knew the little shit deserved it.
