Back in the day when the LAPD was White and based the cops used to call niggers "Canadians" on the radio. "We got a couple Canadians over here, loitering."

They called Mexicans "Royal Canadians".

Canadians is also a long time euphemism for niggers in the service industry. Ask any waitstaff or bartender how Canadians tip. You'll get a funny response.
