It was just a jab at them. i really don't care as long as they stay the fuck in africa AND we stop incentivizing them to reproduce further. The problem is that neither will happen anytime soon. Europe used to have 3 times the population of africa. We need something like that back. The actual "caring" thing to do would be to leave them entirely to their own devices so they can at least try to evolve. Well at the time we were conquering the world out of sheer competition with our European neighbors. Colonizing parts of Africa wasn't a humanitarian effort, it was a way to stick it to the French or the British or the Spanish or whoever your people had a rivalry with. At that time, all these European nations did care about their own and cared very little about the natives. But due to our Christian call to duty, many of our ancestors sought to help as well.

Also, I couldnt agree more about winters. They are an obvious way to show how evolution is tied to geography and race, and how exactly the European mind differs from the rest.
