my great grandparents ate bacon, eggs, beef, butter biscuits, iced tea, okra, green beans, potatoes, tomatoes, etc. mostly all grown and raised themselves as they were family-farmers. they lived well into their 90s.
don't eat processed food. anything with a label or package. cook your meals. bake your own carbs. don't be a piggie with portions. get exercise. get sun every day. boom bam your as healthy as you can probably be unless something is fundamentally messed up with you.
Agreed. I used to be 20lbs+ overweight and it’s 100% my fault. Now, I only drink on special occasions, I stopped eating candy and I regularly hike and run. I got back into shape in 6 months. No excuses.
