Yep, and this is why both communism and capitalism relies heavily on brutalism, whether it's grey concrete apartment blocks for the plebs or glass and steel banking office towers downtown.

Traditional buildings requires a lot of human labor to design each piece. Which is great, because we have plenty of unskilled labor living off welfare with no meaning in life. For them to participate in such construction project would give them a real meaning in their life, and every day after that they'll see the building they helped build and wont destroy the city with graffiti or trash.
