People demanding that you dont "judge" them are basically admitting they *know* what they are doing is wrong, but they want both you and their consciences to shut up. Also, reprimanding a sinner isnt actually the judgement Christ warned against (because reprimanding a sinner is almost always a charitable act), what He warned against was hypocrisy, especially in *Legal Judgement*. His target audience was the scribes and pharisees with that quote, they were basically the judicial arm of the Hebrew religion.
