You can drop a simple electric motor into a hundred your old car if you want and it will run just fine. The government would not be able to shut it down at all, no fancy technology just a electric motor and a battery cell. the military Trojan horse weapon that’s the problem

Those Tesla motors and batteries are just a motor and a battery. Nothing fancy, nothing to hack. Can easily be swapped into any vehicle. I have seen an audi that was converted. Was not difficult
