Over the years we've seen suicide bombers blowing themselves up for jihad. Now we know israel can blow people up using pagers. How do we know if the people who they say are suicide bombers were instead blown up remotely by mossad? How do we know if pagers are the only thing they can blow up? How do we know if mossad isn't blowing up the people and then claiming it was a jihadi to gain more support and money for their wars?

Possible, they allowed the initial attack to foster a sense of victimhood. I suspect some are, also given hamas stages casualties with ngos it seems like it happens. Also possible to threaten their families if they don't "volunteer" for an attack. I do not think they do this in Isreal though and use these tactics in Europe.
