Back before society turned fake and gay, it wasn't unusual for fags to hide their faggotry by getting married, having a couple kids, and sneaking away to have lots of gay affairs. This is also one of the major ways aids spread to straights.
So you never heard of this? Guys getting married having kids and then suddenly deciding they're fags? It's a thing. DeNiro's dad took off after he was 2 years old. Told everyone he was homosexual and left. His mom had to raise him on her own, which explains a lot.
On light of Deniro's downward spiral over the last decade or so, it is seriously hard to take his past (((Tough Guy))) roles seriously.
I am able to distinguish actors from their roles... if the acting is good enough.
Shia LaBouf is a great example of this ability. I like watching the characters he portrays on film, but think he's an absolute nut job hollywood jew.
His supporting role in *Fury* was the best character in the picture, even though it's another dumb america WWII propaganda piece.
Tom Cruise is another one... but he's more hit and miss. None of his MI movies I can take seriously, but he has done some decent work. *The Last Samurai* comes to mind. That film still has one of the greatest clash of culture sequences/scenes in film making.
