Oh yeah. I definitely agree. Just because it's a plant doesn't mean it's safe and just because it's utilized in modern medicine doesn't mean it's not a good solution. I like the idea of integrated medicine myself but I do try to go the natural route most of the time. I get migraines and that's one thing I turn to modern medicine for. There isn't any natural medicine that matches Sumaptriptan. Plus, Sumaptriptan is not addictive.
